THUNDER (57-21) AT CLIPPERS (55-24) RECAP (OKC 107 LAC 101)

    Thunder 107 Clippers 101

As Serge Ibaka blocked the 3 out of JJ Reddick’s hand to clinch the game the Staples Center crowd grew quiet, the run to cut it to one, the glorious comeback from down 15 with 7 minutes to play was over, and the Thunder walked away with the 2 seed in the West solidified. A win would have given the Clippers the tiebreaker over OKC. Problem was, they didn’t win

“To win big games, you got to do the little things. We did all those things,” Said Thunder star Russell Westbrook “We’re an older group. We’ve been together for some years. Once these guys get their legs under them, we’re going to be in good shape.” Westbrook had 30 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists.

The Thunder were led by Russell Westbrook (30 Pts, 11 Rbs (8 Def), 6 Ast, 12-24 FG, 6-8 FT), Serge Ibaka (15 Pts, 7 Reb (6Def), 5-12 FG), Kevin Durant (27 Pts, 8-26 FG, 10-11 FT), and Steven Adams (7 Pts, 7 Reb (5 Def))
