PART 1 OF COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREVIEW: SEC

    Q&A

Q: What is the best conference game?

A: Georgia v South Carolina, it’s basically 1 game that decides the East, also LSU v Ole Miss, it’s an intense rivalry renewed as Ole Miss makes a return to the top of the West

Q: What is a reasonable expectation for Tennessee?

A: A bowl game, the Vols only have 9 returning starters and a very tough schedule but Butch Jones’ recruiting will be a major factor, they have 32 newcomers and that provides a ton of fresh talent and a bowl game will be difficult, but possible

Q: What is the “best case scenario” for Florida?

A: 8-4, I don’t see them beating Florida State or Alabam on the road and contests against Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri, and LSU will be very tough but if a LOT of things go right 8 wins is possible.

    Q: Is 2014 a rebuilding year for Texas A&M?

A: Yes. They went 4-4 in the SEC last year with Johnny Manziel, Mike Evans and Jake Matthews. Without those key players the team will need to rely on a defense that was the 2nd-WORST in the SEC last year. Given time to develop the defense will get alot better with 8 returning starters but Aggie fans will have to wait for 2015 for another run at the top.
