  • MICHAEL SAM TO RAMS!!!

    MICHAEL SAM TO RAMS!!!

Michael Sam was selected with the 249th pick in the seventh round of the 2014 NFL Draft to the Rams. Sam is the first EVER openly gay player to be drafted.

  • RECAPPING THE 1ST ROUND OF THE NFL DRAFT!

RECAPPING THE 1ST ROUND OF THE NFL DRAFT!

    AFC EAST

    Buffalo Bills

Traded No. 9 pick and 2015 1st round pick and 2015 4th round pick for No. 4 pick, Picked Sammy Watkins

    Bad Move

Sammy Watkins was the right guy for Buffalo but they gave up to much to get him.

    Miami Dolphins

    Picked Ju’Wan Jones

    Bad Move

Jones is a great player but I think there were better offensive lineman on the board.

    New England Patriots

    Picked Dominique Easley

    Bad Move

I would have gone with Louis Nix III or Ra’Shede Hageman here rather than Easley.

    New York Jets

    Picked Calvin Pryor

    Bad Move

Pryor is a bit of a reach here at 19. If they traded back they probably still could have gotten him.

    AFC NORTH

    Baltimore Ravens

    Picked CJ Mosley

    Good Move

Baltimore got THE BEST inside-backer in the draft here. This guy was coached by one of THE BEST defensive coaches in the world Nick Saban.

    Cincinnati Bengals

    Picked Darqueze Dennard

    Good Move

Probably the highest value pick in the draft, getting Dennard, the best corner in the draft in my opinion at No.24.

    Cleveland Browns

PREVIOUS TRADE!!! Traded Trent Richardson to the Colts for their 2014 first-round pick (No. 26)

Traded No.4 pick to the Bills for the No.9 Pick, their 1st-rounder in 2015 and their 4th-rounder in 2015, Traded No.9 Pick and No. 145 pick to Vikings for No.8 Pick, Picked Justin Gilbert. Traded No.26 pick and No.83 pick to the Eagles for No.22 Pick, Picked Johnny Manziel.

    Good Move

They added a 1st rounder next year and Johnny Football! That is what i’m talking about! They also picked up Gilbert at No.8 which is a bit of a stretch but I can see the logic there. I personally would’ve took Dennard but maybe that’s why i’m not an NFL scout (Or maybe it’s the fact i’m 11, hmmm which one??)

    Pittsburgh Steelers

    Picked Ryan Shazier

    Good Move

Shazier might be a little overdrafted at 15 but this guy is a Steeler type of player. One of the most underrated players in the first round, I LOVE THIS PICK!

    AFC SOUTH

    Houston Texans

    Picked Jadeveon Clowney

    Good Move

With the first pick in the draft the Texans got the first player on everyone’s board THE MANIMAL JADEVEON CLOWNEY!

    Indianapolis Colts

PREVIOUS TRADE!!! Traded 1st round pick (26th) to Browns for Trent Richardson

    Bad Move

I never thought it was a good choice to give up a 1st-rounder for Trent. NOTE: They did not pick anybody, they traded away their first rounder.

    Jacksonville Jaguars

    Picked Blake Bortles

    Bad Move

I would’ve rather them picked Mack or Watkins, both much better raw talent but this is possibly Jacksonville’s franchise guy. I didn’t know whether to put Good or Bad but because they passed up on Mack and Watkins I put it as a bad move.

    Tennessee Titans

    Picked Taylor Lewan

    Good Move

I didn’t think Lewan would fall to 11 but when he did I salute Tennessee for picking him over Manziel.

    AFC WEST

    Denver Broncos

    Picked Bradley Roby

    Good Move

I love this kid, such good speed out of OSU. My only concern is his off-the-field issues.

    Kansas City Chiefs

    Picked Dee Ford

    Good Move

    He’s got explosive quickness, and runs a 4.69 40

    Oakland Raiders

    Picked Khalil Mack

    Good Move

Got the 2nd player on my board with the 5th pick! GREAT MOVE!

    San Diego Chargers

    Picked Jason Verret

    Good Move

He’s a little small but can hang with anyone, proved by running  4.38 40

    NFC EAST

    Dallas Cowboys

    Picked Zack Martin

    Good Move

I was secretly hoping they would pick Manziel but this pick makes A LOT more sense. Martin’s main strength is run blocking he seals up holes extremely quickly.

    New York Giants

    Picked Odell Beckham Jr.

    Bad Move

I always that Beckham was overrated, especially at No.12. He lacks great speed, and can be outmuscled.

    Philadelphia Eagles

Traded No.22 pick to Browns for No.26 and No. 83, Picked Marcus Smith

    Bad Move

The trade-back made since but the pick baffled me, I had Smith as a 3rd round prospect. He lacks length, can’t defend the run, and needs to do a better job using his hands.

    Washington Redskins

    PREVIOUS  TRADE!!! Traded 2012 Pick No. 6 & Pick No. 35, 2013 1st-round pick (No. 22), and 2014 1st-round pick (No.2)  to Rams for 2012 No. 2 Pick

    Bad Move

The RG3 trade was completed with the skins giving up this years 1st rounder. And boy, I bet Washington wishes they had this trade back. At the time it seemed like an OK idea but in hindsight it was a terrible decision.

    NFC NORTH

    Chicago Bears

    Picked Kyle Fuller

    Bad Move

Fuller is WAYYYYYY overdrafted at No. 14. He needs to get stronger, and work on man coverage.

    Detroit Lions

    Picked Eric Ebron

    Good Move

I love this pick. He has incredble athletic ability and receiving skills, his quickness and agility is amazing for a tight end.

    Green Bay Packers

    Picked Ha Ha Clinton-Dix

    Good Move

Love this pick, Clinton-Dix is a steal at 21, he has good size and wingspan, great hands and is an incredible tackler.

    Minnesota Vikings
Traded No. 8 pick to Browns for their for No.9 pick and No. 145 pick, picked Anthony Barr, Traded No. 40 pick and No. 108 pick to the Seahawks for No. 32 pick, picked Teddy Bridgewater

    Bad Move

Barr is a huge reach at 9, he bites at play-action way to much, and has average strength. I liked the move to trade up for Bridgewater but the Barr pick really bugs me.

    NFC SOUTH

    Atlanta Falcons

    Picked Jake Matthews

    Good Move

He’s big, strong, and surprisingly athletic for a offensive lineman. He’s also always focused and and determined.

    Carolina Panthers

    Picked Kelvin Benjamin

    Bad Move

They should’ve gone O-line here…Morgan Moses anyone? Benjamin needs to work on his speed, route-running, YAC, and blocking.

    New Orleans Saints

Traded pick no. 27 and pick no. 91 to the New Orleans Saints for no.20 pick, picked Brandin Cooks.

    Good Move

I love the Cooks pick at 20, He has good hands and is elusive.

    Tampa Bay Buccaneers

    Picked Mike Evans

    Good Move

The Buccs pick up the 2nd best receiver in the draft here. Where else would you go? Maybe Johnny Football but I think Evans is the logical choice here. He has great size and length and also amazing hands!

    NFC WEST

    Arizona Cardinals

Traded No. 20 pick to Saints for the No. 27 and No. 91 pick, Picked Deone Buccannon

    Bad Move

I think Bucannon is a little overdrafted at 27, he gets beat in space a lot and needs to work on man coverage.

    San Francisco 49ers

    Picked Jimmie Ward

    Good Move

I really like this kid out of Northern Illinois, he’s got quick hands and is quick to provide help in run defense.

    Seattle Seahawks

Traded No.32 pick to Vikings for the No. 40 and No. 108

    Good Move

Seattle doesn’t have any glaring needs so moving back just 8 spots and picking up a 4th rounder is a good move.

    St. Louis Rams

PREVIOUS TRADE!!! The Rams traded their 2012 No. 2 pick to the Redskins for the 2012 Pick No. 6 & Pick No. 35, 2013 1st-round pick (No. 22), and 2014 1st-round pick (No.2) Picked Greg Robinson, Picked Aaron Donald

The Rams might have had the best 1st-round of any team in the draft. They filled their biggest need (Tackle) by picking Greg Robinson and pick a beast on the defensive front in Aaron Donald.

MY PICK FOR GAME 2 OF THE EASTERN CONFERENCE SEMIFINAL GAME: WIZARDS VS PACERS!

Well, as you all know 7 foot 2 Pacers center Roy went for astonishing 0 points and 0 rebounds in game 1. Don’t expect history to repeat. I’ll pick Indiana here.

The strange case of Jordan Lynch

The best running QB in the history of the NCAA (statistically speaking) is a projected undrafted prospect by nfldraftscouts.com  . But I disagree. He DEFINITELY will not be drafted as a QB but the guy ran for 321 yards AS A QUARTERBACK one game. I think he is a late day 3 guy at runningback.

Where will Aaron Murray be drafted?

It’s hard to say because I haven’t seen him for a while because he’s been hurt but I would say somewhere in the third round. The one time i’ve seen him (his pro day) he looked great, completing 48 of 54 passes but he didn’t participate in any running-related drills because of that knee. The knee REALLY worries me.

  • TEXANS OPTIONS AT #1

    TEXANS OPTIONS AT #1

Texans main needs: QB, DE, CB

My #1 Player at QB: Johnny Manziel

My #1 Player at DE: Jadeveon Clowney

My #1 Player at CB: Darqueze Dennard

I think Clowney is the obvious choice here. QB is their biggest need but there is some depth at that position this year. Clowney is BY FAR the #1 player in this draft so he should go #1

Now, there is also the option to trade down. The likely teams that would want to do so are the Falcons and the Raiders. If they get a good enough deal (2 1st’s, 2 2nd’s, and a 3rd within the next 3 years) they SHOULD take it.
