  • TALK OF THE TOWN 12/18: DAT BOOT!: JUSTIN TUCKER KICKS 6 FIELD GOALS INCLUDING GAME WINNER!

    Ravens 7-6 at Lions 7-6

    Let’s start, 4 minutes in and the Lions’ Reggie Bush runs around the outside to the left and takes it 15+ yards for a TD!! Lions up 7-0! 9-7 Ravens now and Lions QB Matthew Stafford is picked off by DeAngelo Tyson. The Ravens got a field goal off of that drive to make it 12-7! 15-10 Ravens now but Stafford finds Joseph Fauria who makes a crazy catch for a TD, the Lions miss the 2-point conversion so it’s 16-15 Lions! About 45 seconds left and the Raven’s Justin Tucker drains a 61 yard FIELD GOAL! But Matthew Stafford has one last chance, and HE FINDS MATT ELAM! The problem is Elam is on the Ravens. Ravens win 18-16!

    Packers 6-6-1 at Cowboys 7-6

    At one point the cowboys were up 26-3 but they let that slip away from them! 29-24 Cowboys now but Tony Romo won’t let the lead slip away that easy right? RIGHT! Tony Romo throws to the  endzone and finds Dez Bryant who makes a catch over a defender and that puts the Cowboys up 12. 36-31 Cowboys now but the Packers hand it off to Eddie Lacy who runs it in for the TD, 2-point conversion attempt failed so the Pack are up 1! But can Tony Romo engineer a game winning drive? The answer: NO Romo is picked off by Tramon Williams and the Packers keep their playoff hopes alive with a 37-36 win.

    Let’s start, 10-3 Broncos but Chargers QB Philip Rivers throws over the middle to Keenan Allen who breaks a few tackles and trucks a guy into the endzone for a TD and we are tied at 10! 24-10 Chargers and the Broncos Peyton Manning throws a screen to Andre Caldwell who runs it in 5 yards for a TD. Manning and the Broncos are driving, trying to tie the game, 5 minutes left and Manning throws it and it’s picked off by Thomas Keiser of the Chargers and the Chargers win 27-20!

Bears go on too win 45-28!
