UVA opens their regional topday against Army at Davenport Field at 1PM
ROWING
UVa begins Friday with the fourth-seeded Varsity Eight who will compete at 8:10 a.m. in the heat number 4 vs. Gonzaga, Michigan, Rhode Island, Washington and Washington State. UVA’s Second Varsity Eight (eighth) will compete in the first heat at 8:20 a.m. against Ohio State, UCLA, Washington State and Yale, the 11th-seeded Varsity Four will row in the third heat at 9:20 a.m. against Boston , Brown, Harvard, Marist and Yale.
MEN’S GOLF
UVA golfer Denny McCarthy finished the NCAA Championships in 22nd place with a total of 2-under par at the Capital City Club in Atlanta, Georgia.
