In a rematch of the previous World Cup Finals Netherlands routed defending-champion Spain 5-1 on Friday. Robin van Persie and Arjen Robben each had 2 goals a piece and Stefan de Vrij chipped in another for Holland. Spain’s one goal was on a PK by Xabi Alonso then the Dutch went on a tear, scoring 5 straight goals.
