1 Alabama 1-0 at 6 Texas A&M 2-0 Let’s start early second quarter Aggies up 7 but Alabama runs the good ‘ol  fleah flicker, a pitch to the running back who pitches it back to the QB who goes deep and finds a receiver for the TD and that is exactly what happened here, touchdown Alabama! Okay, Later in 2nd, A&M QB Johnny “Football” is sacked by Jeoffrey Pagan!, oh wait Johnny evades the tackle but surly he gets tackled the next time #8 comes roaring to get him? Nope! But then Johnny you can’t throw into triple coverage! You know what I say to that? Yes you can if your Johnny Manziel! First down Aggies! Later in the drive, Oh Johnny! Johnny makes a mistake and Alabma’s D makes him pay, intercepted by Cyrus Jones! Alabama driving now and Alabama QB AJ McCarron throws a screen pass to Kenny Bell who takes it to the house and Alabama is up 21-14! 28-14 ‘bama now and Johnny Manziel is picked off by Vinnie Sunseri who uses jukes for days and takes it back to the endzone for another Alabama touchdown! 42-28, A&M ball and Johnny Manziel goes deep to Mike Evans for a 95 yard catch-n-run touchdown! That cuts the lead to 42-35! But then Alabma ball and QB AJ McCarron rolls out to his right and finds Jalston Fowler, ‘bama goes on to win 49-42! 20 Wisconsin 2-0 at Arizona State 1-0 Let’s start 3rd quarter, 14-13 Wisconsin, Badger ball and Melvin Gordon takes the handoff 80 yards to the house and Nebraska is up 8! Later in the 3rd, Arizona State running back Marion Grice takes it into he endzone so that’s 6 points for he Sun Devils and the score is 21-19 after the missed PAT. 24-19 Wisconsin but Arizona State ball and they pitch it outside to Grice for a 2 yard score and the Sun Devils are up 25-24! 4th quarter now and Marion Grice breaks through defenders and scores again, Sun Devils up 32-24. Later in the 4th, Wisconsin comes back and Wisconsin runningback Melvin Gordon runs it in but now Wisconsin needs the 2-point conversion to send it to OT and the QB drops back and throws an incomplete pass so the 2-point conversion doesn’t count and Arizona State is winning by a score of 32-30. But Wisconsin still is fighting and QB Joel Stave finds Jeff Duckworth for a 51 yard gain and Wisconsin is driving. Than a very weird ending to the game, Stave puts the ball down, could have been a fumble but the official blows the whistle but the clock keeps running, the official doesn’t have time to spot the ball and the clock runs out, Arizona State wins 32-20! Wisconsin runningback Melvin Gordon had 15 rushes for 193 yards and 2 touchdowns. Arizona State running back Marion Grice had 22 carries for 84 yards and 4 TD’s.

16 UCLA 1-0 at 23 Nebraska 2-0 An emotional game for both teams as UCLA walk-on wide reciever Nick Pasquale was killed while walking across the street and he wwas hit by a car. Let’s start 2nd quarter, 14-3 Cornhuskers and Nebraska QB Taylor Martinez throws a pass to Kenny Bell and it is 21-3 Nebraska. 21-10 Nebraska now, UCLA ball and Jordon James takes the handoff to the left side and it’s a gain of 38 yards! Later in the drive UCLA QB Brett Hundley finds Paul Perkins for a gain of 20! Then later in the drive UCLA running back Jordon James runs it in for the score and UCLA is down 21-17. Later in the 3rd, Hundley goes playaction and finds Shaquelle Evans  for another TD and UCLA takes a 24-21 lead! UCLA ball now and Hundley finds  Phillip Ruhl for a UCLA touchdown and the lead is up to 10! And then Hundley rolls out and connects to Nate Iese for yet another UCLA TD and they goon to win 41-21! UCLA QB Brett Hundley was 16/24, 294 yards, 3 touchdowns and an interception. Nebraska QB Taylor Martinez was 21/35, 203 yards, and 3 touchdowns.

4 Ohio State 2-0 at California 1-1 Let’s start, no score, Ohio State backup QB Kenny Guiton goes deep to Devin Smith for a 90  yard TD and Ohio State takes the early lead! 38-20 OSU now and Guiton finds Corey Brown and OSU goes on to win 52-34! Guiton was 21/32, 276 yards and 4 TD’s, runningback Jordon Hall had 30 carries, 276 yards and 3 TD’s.

Tennessee 2-0 at 2 Oregon 2-0 Let’s start 7-3 Tennessee and Oregon ball and quarterback Marcus Mariota rolls to his left and finds John Mundt for a TD and it is 10-7 Oregon! 2nd quarter now and Mariota runs the option and scores, Ducks up 17-7! Then Mariota connects with Josh Huff for a score and it is 24-7! I saw these guys play in person a few weeks back  and they make everyone else look like they’re in slow-motion! Then Mariota finds Daryle Hawkins for a 45 yarder and it is 31-7! Later in the 2nd DeAnthony Thomas takes a handoff and he’s off to the races, he is probably the fastest guy in college football. That TD made it 38-7. Then Mariota to Mundt again and Oregon goes on to win 59-14! Mariota was 23/33, 456 yards, and 4 TD’s. Mundt had 5 catches for 121 yards and 2 scores!

5 Stanford 1-0 at Army 1-1 Let’s start 6-0 Army, Stanford ball and Kevin Hogan puts a perfect touch pass to Michael Rector for a Stanford touchdown and it is 7-6 Stanford! Later in the 2nd Hogan goes deep to Ty Montgomery for another Stanford TD, that makes it 14-6! 4th quarter now, 20-13 Stanford and Stanford ball, Tyler Gaffney runs a wheel rout, Hogan hits him with a nice pass and Gaffney will run it in from there. Stanford goes on to win 34-20. Hogan was 11/18, 188 Yds, 3 TD, Int and Gaffney had 20 rushes for 132 yards, and a rushing and receiving TD.

7 Louisville 2-0 at Kentucky 1-1 We can start, 3-3, Teddy Bridgewater finds DeVante Parker who makes a nice catch and it is 10-3 Louisville! 20-6 Louisville now, Senorise Perry runs it all the way to the endzone for another TD Louisville goes on to win 27-13! Senorise Perry had 11 touches, 100 yards and 2 TD’s, QB Teddy Ballgame was 16/28, 250 yards and a TD

Nevada 1-1 at 10 Florida State 1-0 Let’s start, 7-3 Nevada and FSU QB Famous Jameis Winston finds Kenny Shaw for an FSU touchdown and it is 10-7 Seminoles. Later in the 2nd, Winston conects with Rashad Greene and FSU is up 10! 24-7 FSU now, Karlos Williams takes a pitch to the right and takes it 65 yards to the house and it is 31-7 Seminoles! 38-7 now, Famous Jameis keeps it for himself and runs it in, FSU goes onto win 62-7. Jameis was 15/18, 214 yards, 2 TD’s, interception and a rushing TD.

Lamar 1-1 at 12 Oklahoma State 2-0 Let’s start, 24-0 Oklahoma State, OK State ball and Jeremy Smith jumps into the endzone and it’s 31-0. 31-3 Cowboys, OK ST returning a punt return and Josh Stewart returns it for a 67 yard punt return TD, it’s 38-3 Cowboys.OK ST ball and then JW Walsh finds Blake Jackson for a TD and they are up 45-3, they go on to win 59-3! Jeremy Smith had 10 rushes for 40 yards and 3 TD’s. Clint Chelf was 6/6, 90 yards, a TD and a running TD.

Kent State 1-1 at 8 LSU 2-0 Let’s start, no score, LSU ball and Jeremy Hill takes a handoff to the house for a TD and LSU is up 7! Then LSU ball and Zach Mettenberger finds Jarvis Landry for a TD and it is 14-zip! 24-7 now, LSU ball and Mettenberger finds Jarvis Landry for another TD and LSU goes on to win 45-13, Mettenberger was 13/18, 264 yards and 3 touchdowns. Runningback Jeremy Hill had 11 carries for 117 yards and 2 TD’s.

19 Washington 1-0 at Illinois 2-0 Let’s start, no score, Washington ball and Washington QB Keith Price throws a screen pass  to Bishop Sankey who runs it to the house and it is 7-0 Huskies! 31-17 Washington now but Illinois ball and Aaron Bailey jukes around the defense and Illinois cuts the lead to 7! However, Washington will go on to win 34-24! Washington QB Keith Price went 28/35, 342 yards and two TD’s. Illinois QB Nathan Scheelhaase threw 9/25, 156 yards, a touchdown, an  interception and a rushing TD.

Boston College 2-0 at USC 1-1 Let’s start, 7-0 USC and USC ball and USC QB Cody Kessler throws to Marqise Lee who takes it all the way for the touchdown and the Trojans are up 14! 21-zip USC and the Trojans have the ball, the hand it off to Justin Davis who cuts his way through the defense and scores and USC goes on to win 35-7! Cody Kessler threw 15/17,237 yards and two scores. USC back Tre Madden had 16 carries for 102 yards and a receiving and rushing TD.

25 Ole Miss 2-0 at Texas 1-1 Let’s start, 23-17 Texas, Ole Miss ball and QB Bo Wallace keeps it to himself and runs around the defense for the score and the Rebels are up 1. 31-23 Ole Miss, Texas punting and Jeff Scott returning for Ole Miss and he weaves through the defense and takes this one to the house! 37-23 Ole MIss now, Ole Miss ball and Bo hands it to Jaylen Walton who goes around the left side for a OleMiss TD, Ole Miss would win 44-23. Texas has allowed 822 rushing yards in the past 2 games. Bo Wallace was 17/25, 177 yards, 2 throwing and 1 rushing touchdown.

Vanderbilt 1-1 at 13 South Carolina 1-1 Let’s start, 0-0, South Carolina ball and QB Connor Shaw goes to Nick Jones for the score and ol’ cocky’s up 7. 28-0 South Carolina and Gamecock backup Dylan Thompson is picked off by Steven Clarke who returns the pick all the way to the 1! 35-10 South Carolina now and Jadeveon Clowney kills the QB and forces a fumble! South Carolina goes on to win 35-25, that is Carolinas 13th straight home win! Connor Shaw was 21/29, 284 yards, and 3 TD’s.

21 Notre Dame 1-1 at Purdue 1-1 Let’s start, Purdue actually winning 17-10 but Notre Dame ball and QB ommy Rees finds DaVaris Daniels  for a Notre Dame TD and it is tied at 17. Then later in the 4th and Rees goes deep and finds DaVaris Daniels who tiptoes into the endzone for an 82 yard TD and the Fighting Irish are up 7. 24-17 ND still and Purdue QB Rob Henry is picked off, Notre Dame takes it the other way for a pick 6 and Notre Dame goes on to win 31-24. Notre Dame is 8-1 in the last 9 games vs Purdue! Rees was 20/33, 309 yards and 2 TD’s.

Akron 1-1 at 11 Michigan 2-0 Let’s start, 14-10 Michigan, Wolverine ball and QB Devin Gardner finds Jehu Chesson for a TD, Chesson running around the defense and it is 21-10 Michigan, Wolverines have the game right? Of course… Then, Michigan ball and Gardner finds Justin March wide open and March takes it for the score, problem is March is enrolled at Akron so it’s an Akron TD and the Zips are back in the game! Then Akron ball and QB Kyle Pohl goes deep to LT Smith for 40 yards to the Michigan 1, the ZIps would punch it in and Akron is up 24-21! But then Michigan drives down the field and Fitz Toussaint runs it in, Michigan back up 4! But then Akron has the ball at the Michigan 2 and handoff, Jawon Chisholm and he is stuffed in the backfield for a loss of two, so 4th down, last chance for Akron and Pohl gets hit as he throws, incomplete and Michigan wins a close one, 28-24. Michigan is now 17-0 at home under Head Coach Brady Hoke. Gardner had 248 passing yards, 103 running yards and 3 total TD’s.

Tulsa 1-1 at 14 Oklahoma 2-0 Let’s start, 17-7 Oklahoma and OU ball and QB Blake Bell finds Sterling Shepard who takes it 33 yars to the house and OU is up 17! 27-7 Oklahoma now and Bell goes deep to Sterling Shepard who pulls it in and takes it for the TD, OU goes on to win 51-20. Bell was 27/37, 413 yards and 4 touchdowns. Receiver Sterling Shepard had 8 catches for 123 yards, and 2 scores.
