TALK OF THE TOWN SEPTEMBER SEVENTH: RED SOX RALLY TO BEAT YANKEES!

Red Sox at Yankees

3rd pitch of the game, and Yankees pitcher Andy Pettitte strikes out Shane Victorino, next batter Jonny Gomes and he…strikes…out. Pettitte’s 2,000th career SO! T0p 7th, 8-4 Yankees but the Red Sox batting and Mike Napoli hits a grandslam to right and the game is tied at 8! Top 8th, still 8-8 and Drew singles to right, that drives in 2, Red Sox go on to win 12-8. Sox 15 hits, Yankees only 7. Napoli hit 3-3, a grand slam, and 3 runs. The yankees Alfanso Soriano went 1-5, a homer and 2 RBI’s.
