Announcing The 2017 CSD College Football Preview Online Magazine

Every year, the most successful articles on this website are my march madness preview, my super bowl preview, and almost the entity of the college football section. This year, I am taking that most popular section to a whole new level. You may have noticed I haven’t published in a few weeks, and that is because I have been gearing up for this. The biggest endeavor in the history of this website. An online magazine, a hub for my entire college football preview, which could stretch up to 50+ different articles, with most articles being multiple pages long.
Something great about an online preview is that I can roll out these articles as I write them. The first portion will be 15 “teaser articles” to be rolled out over the coming month. These will be focused on the power five conferences, and will be short in length. Then, I will roll out some of my feature articles, these will include past favorites like the Top 25 games of the past season and grading all of the coaching changes. These may also include some new features that I won’t reveal just yet.
The third section will undoubtedly be the longest, this will feature my previews for every conference, a written preview for every team, a projected record for every team, standings for every conference, my preseason all-conference teams and so much more. Finally, I will roll out the big dogs, the big view-grabbers, my preseason top 25, my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd team preseason-all Americans, and of course my projected New Year’s Six bowls, as well as my projected College Football Playoff.
This does not even scratch the surface of what this magazine could be, or what it will mean to me and the website. Last year my preview did extraordinarily well, and now I have decided to take it bigger. The first few teasers should be up by the end of the weekend, thank you for reading, and I hope you will all come back for the release of the magazine. The projected release date (still months out) is Early August, but it could be done in July depending on the views from the teaser articles. I picked my weekly games against Phil Steele in 2015 and won, before picking my own games last year. My goal for this magazine is to try and compete with the master of the preseason predictions himself. I may not win the first year, but watch out, I already Phil Steele him in multiple conferences last year, including the Big 12.
