GONZALO HIGUAIN’S WINNER LAUNCHES ARGENTINA TO SEMIS

Argentina secured their spot in the World Cup semifinals with an impressive 1-0 win over Belgium. Gonzalo Higuain’s strike in the 8th minute was to much for Belgium to overcome and Argentina advanced to their first semifinal in 24 years. Messi kept Belgium on their heels and Higuain was able to sneak in one early. Messi passed it to Di Maria and it was diverted to Higuan who buried a strike from 25-yards out into the lower corner of the net for a goal that would proceed to be the game-winner. Last Argentina article (http://www.crazysportsdude.com/di-marias-extra-time-goal-propels-argentina-to-quarterfinals/) I posed the question to you guys: Ronaldo or Messi… here are the tallies:

Cristiano Ronaldo 272 votes (50.7%)
Lionel Messi  264 votes(49.4%)
That is literally the closest vote I have EVER seen! Thank you for all the voters!
