GOOD PICK: Wiggins is the best long-term player in the draft and has the highest ceiling.

Jabari Parker SF, Duke

GOOD PICK: Parker’s almost a hometown hero in Milwaukee, he grew up in Chicago and is the most NBA-ready player in the draft.

Joel Embiid C, Kansas

GOOD PICK: Embiid’s the best prospect in the draft, he would have gone #1 but injury concerns scared Cleveland and Milwaukee away, but not Phili.

Aaron Gordon PF, Arizona

BAD PICK: I love Gordon, don’t get me wrong but he isn’t the right fit for Orlando, they needed shooting and a point guard Dante Exum anyone?

Dante Exum PG, Australia

GOOD PICK: The Jazz got a franchise-caliber player here and now they can use Trey Burke as trade bait or just a solid backup for Exum.

Marcus Smart PG, Oklahoma State

GOOD PICK: If you’re a Celtics fan and you like Rajon Rondo SORRY! This pick almost surly means the Celts will trade the Kentucky native but that is what’s best for Boston.

Julius Randle PF, Kentucky

GOOD PICK: As expected the Lakers got help in the paint, where they struggled deeply last year.

Nik Stauskus SG, Michigan

BAD PICK: Kind of a head-scratcher, they already have Ben McLemore, they needed defensive help.

Noah Vonleah PF, Indiana

GOOD PICK: Vonleah is an upside pick and was the best available player.

Elfrid Payton PG, Louisiana-Lafayette (TRADED)

GOOD TRADE: Payton was traded to the Magic for Dario Saric, a 2015 2nd-round pick and a future first-round pick.

Doug McDermott SF, Creighton (TRADED)

GOOD TRADE: McDermott and Anthony Randolph were traded to the Bulls for Jusuf Nurkic, Gary Harris, and a 2015 2nd-round pick.

Dario Saric PF, Croatia (TRADED)

BAD TRADE: The Magic traded Saric, a 2015 2nd-rounder and a future 1st-rounder for Elfrid Payton. A 1st AND 2nd rounder is too much to move up two stops

Zach LaVine PG, UCLA

BAD PICK: His shot selection is terrible and isn’t NBA-ready.

TJ Warren SF, NC State

GOOD PICK: The Suns needed help on the wing and got it, this guy just has a knack for scoring buckets.

Adreian Payne PF, Michigan State

GOOD PICK: He is the best shooting big man in the draft and the Hawks love shooters.

Jusuf Nurkic C, Croatia (TRADED)

BAD TRADE: Nurkic, Gary Harris, and a 2015 2nd-rounder were traded for Doug McDermott and Anthony Randolph. What were you thinking Chicago?

James Young SF, Kentucky

GOOD PICK: Young is a great value pick here with lots of upside.

Tyler Ennis PG, Syracuse

GOOD PICK: The Suns have been searching for a true Point Guard for a while now and have found one in Ennis. He sees the floor well and nearly never makes mistakes.

Gary Harris SG, Michigan State (TRADED)

BAD TRADE: Harris, Jusuf Nurkic, and 2015 2nd-rounder were traded for Doug McDermott and Anthony Randolph.

Bruno Caboclo SF, Brazil

BAD PICK: This is a huge risk for the Raptors and Caboclo isn’t NBA-ready by any stretch of the imagination.

Mitch McGary PF, Michigan

GOOD PICK: McGary could have been an early-lottery guy but a back injury sent him spiraling down draft boards. I think this is a good move for OKC because this guys talent is through the roof, if he’s okay from his injury.

Jordan Adams SG, UCLA

GOOD PICK: Adams is one of the best scorers in the draft and you can never have too many scorers.

Rodney Hood SG, Duke

GOOD PICK: The Jazz got just what they wanted, a big shooter that can play the 2 or the 3.

Shabazz Napier PG, Connecticut (TRADED)

GOOD TRADE: The Hornets gave up Shabazz for PJ Hariston and 2 2nd round picks (one this year and another in 2015).

Clint Capela PF, Switzerland

BAD PICK: Capela big and athletic but is too raw to warrant a 1st-rounder.

PJ Hariston SG, North Carolina

BAD TRADE: The Heat gave up Hariston, a 2nd rounder this year and a 2nd rounder next year to get Shabazz Napier. I get they were trying to lure LeBron but isn’t this price a little steep?

Bogdan Bogdanovic SG, Serbia

GOOD PICK: Bogdanovic would be NBA ready right now but the Suns will probably let him develop in Serbia and bring him over once the time is right.

CJ Wilcox SG, Washington

BAD PICK: They need shooters but there are much better picks than Wilcox here, did the Clippers think this was the 28th pick of the 2nd round?

Josh Huestis PF, Stanford

GOOD PICK: Huestis is a surprise this early but when I go back and rewatch his tape he looks better and better, he’s a great athlete and an amazing defender.

Kyle Anderson PF, UCLA

GOOD PICK: This guy is a Boris Diaw type player, funny how he falls to Pop.
