TALK OF THE TOWN 10/19: UCF, BLAKE BORTLES STUN 8 LOUISVILLE

UCF 4-1 at 8 Louisville 6-0

Let’s start, tied at 7 and Louisville Heisman Hopeful Teddy Bridgewater throws over the middle and finds Eli Rogers over the middle for a touchdown, Louisville up 7! 21-7 Louisville now, and UCF ball, UCF running the ball until Louisville’s Senorise Perry jarrs the ball free, Louisville’s James Quick would scoop and score, 28-7 Louisville game over right? Well how ’bout you ask UCF runningback Storm Johnson who runs it in for  UCF touchdown and the lead is down to 14! Next UCF drive, Blake Bortles finds Johnson on the screen pass, Johnson takes it to the house, that cuts the lead in half! 28-21 Louisville. Less than a minute left in the 3rd quarter now and UCF RB William Stanback hurdles a defender and runs around the outside for another UCF touchdown and we are tied at 28! UCF would kick a field goal to take the lead so it’s 31-28. But Teddy Ballgame Bridgewater the UL QB hands it off to Dominique Brown jukes around 2 defenders and scores so Louisville is back up 35-31! But they left enough time to give Blake Bortles and the UCF offense and chance and Bortles throwing to the corner of the end zone… TOUCHDOWN!!!! UCF upsets Louisville and we are down to 13 unbeatens!
