TALK OF THE TOWN 11/19-BLAME IT ON THE REFS! WHY THE QUESTIONABLE CALL AT THE END OF MONDAY’S GAME: 1: WASN’T A BAD CALL AND 2: DIDN’T COST THE PATS THE GAME

Patriots 7-2 at Panthers 6-3

Let’s start, no score and Panthers QB Cam Newton throws to the endzone and finds Brandon LaFell…TOUCHDOWN PANTHERS! That puts the cats up 7! 10-3 Panthers now and and Pats QB Tom Brady throws to Rob Grownkowski for a TD and we are tied at 10! 3rd quarter now and Cam throws to Greg Olsen for a TD and the Panthers are back up 7! 20-17 Pats now and Cam Newton finds Ted Ginn Jr for a TD and the Panthers are up 24-20! 3 seconds left now and Tom Brady throws to the endzone and Rob Gronkoswki but Gronk is obviously held, a flag is thrown but then picked up because the official said the pass was uncatchable, at first I was like…SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? But when I watched the replay the refs got it right, Gronk was too deep in the endzone the pass was like 6 yards in front of him, he wouldn’t have caught it. The Pats had multiple chances to score another TD, Brady threw a pick and Stevan Ridley fumbled it when the Pats were driving in the 2nd quarter. Anyway, Panthers win 24-20!
