TOP 10 COLLEGE FOOTBALL GAMES OF 2014-15 COUNTDOWN: PART 8/9

This is a series where I count down the Top 9 Games of the 2014-15 College Football Season! The games are based on three categories: Excitement, Unpredictability, and Importance. However, Excitement is more heavily weighed than the other two by a good margin so don’t expect to see Oregon vs Ohio State or Ohio State vs Alabama at Number 1 (Or on the list at all). So without further ado here is the Number 2 Best Game of 2014-15… FLORIDA STATE VS NOTRE DAME!!!
This was a matchup between two of the top 5 teams in the nation. The unbeaten Florida State Seminoles, facing their toughest test yet, Notre Dame. On the final Notre Dame drive of the game, Notre Dame QB Everett Golson put together an incredible performance, even converting on a 4th and 18. The Irish would eventually find their wayy into the endzone on a pick play, seemingly ending Florida State’s two year unbeaten streak, however Offensive Pass Interference was called on Notre Dame, reversing the touchdown and keeping Florida State’s zombie like unbeaten season alive. A season (or two) that was filled with near-losses.
