VIRGINIA SPORTS UPDATE JULY 12: stuff and things
Hey guys, CSD here and I just want to let you know that this post and the rest of the posts today may be a little under par because I am exhausted from a football combine that I just went to. >)
Virginia Athletics
Dirk Katstra, the executive director of the Virginia Athletics Foundation (VAF), and member of the department’s senior management team will now also be the senior associate athletics director. In addition to becoming the senior associate athletics derector Katra wil now also be in charge of of men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs. Valerie Richardson, the associate athletics director for sports programs and a member of the senior administrative team and a person who sometimes does ACC, and UVa and departmental committees and has responsibilities in long-range planning and scheduling, policy and procedure development and implementation, and budgeting. Will now also be in charge of Men’s Soccer Todd Goodale, UVa’s licensing director will become the associate athletics director for external affairs. He will be a member of the senior administrative team. Luke Goldstein, UVa’s director of football video operations has been named the assistant athletics director for video services.
