    1. Reason for Kent State and Toledo in Top 25 in week 10: both have 1 loss and played good in the loss: Toledo took Arizona to OT and Kent State scored 14 at Kentucky (okay i’ll admit that’s not a good loss considering Kentucky got beat by by WKU but moving on…) Both have a signature win vs a undefeated ranked big east opponent’s: Kent State: beat then #15 Rutgers to give the scarlet knights their 1st loss of the season and Toledo beat then # 21 Cincinnati to knock the bearcats from the ranks of the unbeatens.
