Q: Back-to-Back Titles for Oklahoma?

A: Honestly, I feel like out of all the power five conferences, the Big 12 is the easiest one to predict. TCU seems to be taking a step back this year, and of course, Baylor could contend from a talent perspective, but you have to wonder about the mindset of all the Baylor players with all the off the field problems there.

Q: Texas Overrated Again?

A: Texas is a hard team to predict this year, everyone seems really high on them every year, despte the fact that Texas has only gone 11-14 in the past two years. The offense should be new and exciting, and although they open the season with Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State in their first five games, they should finish the season strong, having both Baylor and TCU at home,  they might even pull an upset.

Q: Baylor, how do you sort out Baylor?

A: From a pure on field talent perspective, Baylor is a top 15, maybe even top 10 team, now they could be anywhere from that, all the way down to a 6-6 team. There is absolutely no way to predict how a team will react to this sort of thing that’s  happening at Baylor, my rankings, which I base my standings off of, were made before the Baylor scandal. In my honest opinion, this is still a 7-5 or 8-4 team, even if that’s a little lower than the original predictions, the real trouble for Baylor will start two years ago, because they have like no incoming recruits.
